  • Overall - 100% worth, absolutely going back
  • Note - Graham Elliot is AWESOME. Geniuenly nice guy and talked to us for a little bit about how he created some of these dishes. All of the staff were truly amazing. Sophie/Sophia (I can’t quite remember, sorry!), was fantastic. She was able to give us the hookup with talking to him. She also checked on us throughout the night even though it wasn’t her job to take care of us.
  • Special Note - Big shoutout to Alyssa, she also gave us the hookup with the spread of desserts. Her husband was part of finishing the building and making it look so great! They knew the whole staff and initally got us the conversation with Sophie/Sophia.

tartare

  • Tartare - Good Sh*t
    • When in rome right? Glad we got this, it was mind blowing. This was well out of our comfort zone, but it was fantastic.

oysters

  • Oysters - Good Sh*t
    • Didn’t try these, but they were gone pretty quickly, safe to say they were delicious.

steakfrites

  • Steak Frites - Good Sh*t
    • This was part of the convo with Graham, this is a wagyu cut (delicious). But the star was the butter. So much flavor, smokey, and amazing. You just have to try it.

filet

  • Filet Au Poivre - Good Sh*t
    • One of the best, if not the best, au poivre sauces we’ve had.
    • Also, if you like buttery potatoes, this is it.

chicken

  • Lavender Glazed Chicken - Good Sh*t
    • Chicken is chicken right? Wrong, when it’s cooked like this, it’s a completely different dish. My friend devoured it so quickly the waitress was in shock.

scallops

  • Scallops - Good Sh*t
    • These were cooked perfectly. Such a nice hearty flavor and balance.

brulee

  • Rose Creme Brulee - Good Sh*t
    • I’m not used to a flowery flavor like rose, but probably the best Brulee I’ve ever had.

Profieroles

  • Hot Fudge Profiteroles - Good Sh*t
    • First time I’ve had a profiterole, and I was wow’d. The gelato was fanastic. I’m not a huge vanilla fan, but I could eat that all day.

tart

  • Lemon Tarte - Good Sh*t
    • This was packed with lemon goodness. If you like tartes and lemon flavor, you’ll absolutely love this.
