Sidecar

Ingredients:

• Cognac (Martell Blue Swift is amazing with this!)
• Orange Liqueur (Highly recommend Ferrand Dry Curacao)
• Lemon Juice

Glass:

• Coupe

Recipe:

• 1-2oz Cognac
• 1oz Orange Liqueur
• 1oz Lime Juice

Put all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake. 5 seconds with your standard ice. 15 seconds with a nice ice block. Double strain into coupe glass.
